No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in the facility.
6. Does the venue provide food?
No, we do not provide food or catering services. Clients are welcome to bring their own food or hire an outside caterer of their choice. Please note that cooking is not permitted on the premises; however, all food may be warmed and plated using our warming kitchen.
7. What bar services do you provide?
Open Bar, Cash Bar, Tab Bar, or Limited Bar. We also provide Soda and Juices, Champagne Toast, House or Premium Wines, Premium Liquors.
8. Can I book the venue without decor included?
Yes, our venue rents for $500 an hour for a minimum of 6 hours. We provide a complimentary 1-hour set-up time.
9. How soon can a client arrive to the venue prior to their event start time?
We provide a complimentary 1 -hour set-up time.
10. How much is required for a deposit amount?
$1000 is the required deposit amount. $500 of that amount is applied to your overall total and the other $500 is refundable once the event is completed.
11. Is there a coat check?
Yes, we have a self-service coat check at the venue.
